Wood you sign this book?
I got the wedding book all carved and painted. Wood was spalted maple. Finished size is 20" x 13" painted with acrylic paint and clear coated with rattle can lacquer. The board I made up was exact at 13" so I added a couple of pine rails for keeping contact with the compression rollers and carving the full width on 13". They will use gel pens for signing.
You will see in the picture how close the carve was into the rail.
