A Heartfelt Message 🖤

Today marks my (Brooklyn Finds Design Co.) 6 year shop anniversary! I opened my little shop at the height of COVID, masks were required and plenty of sanitizer was on hand. My motto was Faith over Fear and that same motto remains today…. Probably with more fear than faith.

Over the years and behind the scenes I went through a divorce, said goodbye to the life I had planned and a home that was built. My four children have grown, yet still need my presence. Along the way I learned who my tribe was, and who would stay. I found love again. I expanded my shop space for a few years, then ultimately came back to my heart and roots of my small shop.

The past six years has been a rollercoaster of thriving and surviving. I have made the dearest friends through my shop and downtown community. I have been given more design opportunities and connected in people’s homes under the umbrella of Brooklyn Finds Design Co. Small business is hard and I’m surviving.

Today, I feel grateful to celebrate 6 years! Thank you for showing up for me and my family by supporting my Vintage ➕ Found ➕Home Decor shop in the heart of Downtown Greeley.

Although there won’t be balloons and giveaways today(that will come soon) I will be taking some time away from my store to celebrate and soak in all that has been created the past six years with my family! Stay close for shop updates.

Shop Update: First I’d like to sincerely Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my little shop in 2025! My family and I are beyond grateful ✨

Unfortunately with a lot of sickness going around it has hit our household and sadly we will be CLOSED Friday 1/2 & Saturday 1/3 to ensure everyone stays healthy! I’ll look forward to welcoming you back soon!

I love this capture because it showcases my love & joy in the season! My guy is truly a Christmas elf, stringing all the lights, hauling our antique sleigh downtown, teaching my boys what it looks like to give, teaching them how to wrap a gift and making memories… it’s the little things. Sharing one of my Holiday favorites… vintage cubby drawers turned advent calendar with brass stencil numbers. My kids loved opening each drawer! Awww… now they are growing up too fast.
