I started Klover Creations in 2016, back then it was Klover Captures. Kynlee was still a baby and I wanted to be a stay at home Mom more than anything. I started taking pictures for friends and family and it took off. Then a few years later I had Jared. I needed something to do during the days while I was home with them. Going to photoshoots with them with wasn't ideal and my husband's hours weren't conductive to a photographers schedule. Then my Mom bought me a Cricut for my birthday. That was over five years ago...and we all know how that ended up.
Never did I imagine that the Cricut would spiral into heat presses, sublimation printers, and bigger vinyl cutters. I thought I would use it to make cards 🤣 I still haven't made one card with that thing.
In 2020 we sent our oldest to kindergarten in the middle of a pandemic. I was so grateful that I had a business that allowed me to be home and ready for the ever changing education system that year.
This year we are sending our youngest to kindergarten. There won't be any more little ones at home who need me all hours of the day. So I've decided to join them! I am taking a position which allows me to be home with them on all the days they don't have school, and working on all the days they do. Truly, it's the best scenario for our family and I am excited to get back into education.
That means I am closing this chapter and walking away from Klover Creations. Thank you for the years of support, orders, word of mouth advertising, the text messages asking, "Can you make this?", and wearing the designs I've made every week (I still love seeing my stuff around town). I can never put into words how much it means to me that you all supported this little dream and helped me stay home with my children until they started school. I will cherish the days I've spent with them for the rest of my days and I know I couldn't have done it without all of you.
Here's to the next season of life!
