Hey We want your input.
Unbeknownst to many, the Fort Howard Neighborhood, where our store is located, is the perfect place to load up on Candy on Halloween (See images of last years haul from kids in our neighborhood).
We were thinking, since this year Halloween is on a Saturday, should we make a Day and Evening of it and do a Halloween Event at the store?
Our thoughts were that we could do an outdoor vendor event, as well as have some painting and art classes, and Dungeons and Dragons One Shot Games going throughout the day and evening,
This would give the neighborhood something fun to do during the day, and the parents of Trick Or Treater's somewhere to go for a quick break while Trick - Or - Treating with their kids.

What are your thoughts. Would you stop by, or participate in a game or class on Halloween?

We have 3 Different Vendors / Seamstresses in our store who offer sewing lessons by appointment .

Update on Eowyn.
Hey everyone. This is Eowyn. I wanted to thank all of the customers who have shown up to wish me well as I went through my breast cancer Mastectomy Journey.
I have some good news. They caught the cancer early enough that no cancer cells were found in my Lymphnodes. This means, as of now, I won't need chemotherapy or radiation.
As of right now, while I recover, our store is still open, but you are going to see a different face behind the register for a while. My business partner Jessica McCormick , owner of My Favorite Quilt Shop will be running the store, until I am cleared to move my arms and lift things over 6lbs.
While Jessics runs the store, our Vendors are getting ready to schedule their fall classes and events. I will also still be here, behind the scenes making memory bears and doing light mending.

Thank you all, for your support and patience with us during this time. We are blessed to be operating this store in such a kind community.
