We spend so much time imagining how a space will feel when it’s finished. Getting to see it full of people is the good part.

The Graham Center at Rondele Ranch – a North Woods project built to gather, celebrate and become part of the memories made here.

Seeing it come to life like this? I’ll gladly raise a glass. 🥂

Good design starts with trust. This project had that from the beginning - with the entire ownership family!

Thank you to Bob Chadwell for trusting us with his vision for the Graham Center, to Keller Construction for bringing it to life alongside us, and to my A.design team for caring about all the details along the way.

There’s a lot that happens between an idea and a room full of people enjoying it. I’m grateful for the people who helped us get here and helped celebrate it!

A room that brings everyone together should still have a few places to settle in.

Warm wood, a little glow, layers of texture and a chair that welcomes you. At the Graham Center, those quieter moments are just as much a part of the experience as the celebration.

That’s what I love about working across homes and hospitality – bringing that same personal, comfortable feeling to a space shared by so many, in a grand way!

A little introduction to the people behind A.design…

There’s me, Andrea, owner and designer, I usually take a pretty ‘tell it like it is’ approach.
There’s Jeanna, my ride or die fellow designer, rolling with the multi-tasking.
And then there are my parents. They may not be on the payroll, but they’ve been part of this whole thing since day one, always with encouragement and support.

A.design might have my name behind it, but it’s never been a one-person show. I can’t even begin to name the extended team behind us in construction and all things our process! It’s not possible by myself and I’ve gathered a pretty great crew along the way.

Well, this is pretty exciting. A.design has been selected as a finalist for Best in Design, created by Loloi!

On October 18, I’ll be heading to High Point Market to present one of our projects alongside some incredibly talented designers.

It’s one thing to create a space you’re proud of. It’s another to have that work recognized by people in an industry you’ve spent your career learning from and contributing to. A huge thank you to Loloi for the opportunity, to the people who have helped bring this project to life, and especially to the clients who trust us to do what we do.

A little nervous? Probably. Excited? Absolutely. See you soon Loloi, Jeremiah, Amber, Jean, and Dennis!

Want to talk about a labor of love! Our client loved the vision of a vintage, schmear look which can be achieved with wet mortar or paint.

We went through a couple renditions but DeLeers Construction, Inc. helped our client achieve the final look! Check back for the final look that was painted by Pribernow Painters to complete this amazing design!

We LOVED working with Ross Construction, LLC to complete this remodel for our client in 95 days!

How is that possible you ask?! Working with your designer and contractor closely to make all selections prior to any hammer swinging or subcontractor onsite. Materials paid for and ordered and IN TRANSIT before demo!

We plan. Our contractors execute. And we are there to answer all questions!

Home on the Pleine completed on time!
Final video coming soon. Can’t wait to share! We have been busy starting our next project. (Whole house remodel in Minocqua)

Beautiful. Warm. Lived in.

Belle Terre is the kind of home that welcomes you in and makes you want to stay awhile. With layered textures, soft light, and architectural features that feel both grand and grounded. This family home balances beauty and comfort effortlessly.

It’s proof that design doesn’t need to shout. It’s felt in every material, every view, and every corner designed to grow with the family who lives there.

Such a fun project - we’ll be recapping the design process soon!
Alliance Construction & Design carried us through this major upgrade of space for Voyageurs - it’s been such an amazing response by the community and their love for chocolate croissants as much as we do!
