I had the honor of providing bowls to all the staff at Ute Pass Elementary School (where Jackie is the principal). It’s one of my favorite days of the year. Jackie covers cost of clay, glaze, and firing. She also makes a wonderful spread of soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. So much fun to watch them choose their favorite!

Plates for the grandkids are done. These are dinner size and they chose their favorite animal and glaze color.

Every year before Christmas break my daughter (principal) does a soup and chili and grilled cheese lunch. The staff get to choose a bowl and use it for their soup or chili and then keep it. Here is the lineup of this year’s bowls. Just unloaded the last out of the kiln. Most glaze combinations have 3-4 alike. A few only have 1 (pink, orange, red). It’s fun to watch them choose their favorite!
