A Little Apparel Update!
We’re SO excited to continue adding more designs and options to our apparel collection! As we grow, we’re also making a few changes behind the scenes to help us use our space and resources a little more efficiently.
Moving forward, we’ll be limiting the shirt colors and sizes we keep on hand and transitioning more toward a made-to-order system, where we order blanks as orders are received.
Why the change? Over time, we’ve accumulated quite an overstock of certain shirt colors, styles, and sizes that simply weren’t moving. Not only does that tie up money in inventory, but it also takes up valuable space that we can use for all the other fun products we love creating and bringing to you!
A few things to know moving forward:
Website Orders: Many apparel items will be made to order, so please allow additional time for us to order your blank, create your item, and have it ready for you.
Custom Orders: If you’re requesting something that is not currently offered on our website, we ask for at least ONE MONTH notice. This gives us enough time to design your item, order the correct blanks, create everything, and get it back to you without rushing.
Payment Up Front: Custom and made-to-order apparel will require payment before we order your blanks or begin production. Unfortunately, we’ve had orders cancelled after materials were already purchased or items were made, leaving us with shirts we may not be able to resell.
These changes allow us to reduce unnecessary inventory, keep our costs as low as possible, and continue offering you more designs and products despite the rising costs of supplies, blanks, printing materials, and everything else that goes into running a small business.
