I recently had a long drive and decided to use my time wisely... by crocheting and napping 😂🐝

I only crocheted for about 70 minutes, but somehow managed to finish these adorable little bees! The other 2 hours? Let’s just say I was very committed to being a passenger princess 😅

One of my favorite things about crocheting is being part of such a fun and supportive global crochet community 💕🧶

This month’s project was these adorable strawberry pillows, and I am absolutely in love with how mine turned out! 🍓 The pattern was incredibly easy to follow, worked up quickly, and the final result is just too cute.

It’s always so much fun seeing everyone’s unique take on the same project and creating alongside makers from all over the world. ✨

A super fun fact about me: I actually made my own wedding dress! ✨👰

Not only was it my first wearable piece, but it took me about four months to complete with skills that were very underdeveloped, compared to where they are now. Looking back, I’m still incredibly proud of what I accomplished.

And believe it or not, the hardest part wasn’t crocheting the dress, it was sewing on the hundreds of buttons! 😅

Even more surprising? After all these years, it still fits me like a glove. 💛

Sometimes it’s fun to look back and see just how far you’ve come as a maker while remembering the projects that gave you the confidence to keep creating.

Everything I crocheted this week! ✨

With the holiday on Monday and starting my new job on Tuesday, you may notice I didn’t make quite as much as usual. Life has been a little extra busy lately, but I’m still here creating whenever I can 💛

Don’t worry I have NO plans of stopping anytime soon! I’ll keep sharing my projects, market prep, and all the fun things I make along the way. And if my yarn delivery arrives on time, I’m hoping next week will be full of adorable whales 🐋🧶

Completed my first and second markets of the season and they were a HUGE success! was a new environment and we loved it, but y’all at Holey Mackerel truly showed us the LOVE✨🧶 Highlighting just a few of the plushies that found new homes this weekend. I completely sold out of frogs, baby whales, and some emotional support pals! 🐸🐋💕

One of my favorite parts of market weekends is hearing all of your ideas and suggestions, and I got SO many fun recommendations for products you’d love to see next. I already can’t wait to start creating more!
