▪️ 2 TBSP only contains 86 calories! Compare to must store bought brands between 190-210 calories
▪️ Sweetened naturally with raw honey 🍯
▪️this is a bit thicker than a lot of peanut butters as mine does not contain all of the oils and refined sugars as store bought does- not crunchy, just thicker
