The golden season. ✨

A little warmth for fall, a little shimmer for the holidays—and plenty that can stay right where it is as one season gives way to the next.

Acorns, mushrooms, woodland creatures, gilded botanicals and collected natural forms bring just enough shine to autumn. Beautiful now, lovely for Thanksgiving, and ready to mingle with the greens of Christmas when December arrives.

We love a seasonal piece that doesn’t have to disappear when the calendar changes.

Bringing the Outdoors In.

Today, Randy joined the Greensboro Garden Club with a simple basket and a table filled with inspiration from the season.

Foraged grasses and branches, magnolia, cattails, preserved millet and gathered greenery created the structure. Seasonal dahlias, Free Spirit roses and garden spray roses brought in warmth and color, while a few beautifully patterned orchids added an unexpected softness.

The result is very much Randy—a little wild, wonderfully abundant, and guided by the natural shape and movement of the materials themselves.

Thank you to the Greensboro Garden Club for inviting Randy to share an afternoon of flowers, foraging and the beauty of bringing the outdoors in.

Going out the door…

A little bit of everything from our worktables this week—lush greens, beautiful orchids, garden flowers and plenty of color.

Each one designed for a different person, place or moment. That’s one of our favorite things about what we do: no two ever need to be quite the same.

We’ve been a little quiet here for a very good reason…

The shop has been busy, boxes have been arriving, and fall is beginning to take shape at Randy McManus Designs.

Rich greens, warm metallics, beautiful textures and a few unexpected finds — here’s a first little peek at what we’ve been unpacking. There’s much more to come. 🍂

Homecoming corsages and boutonnières can be ordered directly through our website—a simple way to take care of one more detail whenever it fits your schedule.

Our classic white designs offer a timeless starting point, while each piece may be personalized for the evening. During online ordering, you’ll find space to request additional colors, allowing us to thoughtfully coordinate your flowers with a dress, suit or school colors.

And if you would prefer a little guidance, we are always delighted to help by phone. However you choose to order, we look forward to creating a beautiful finishing detail for the celebration.

A little glimpse of what’s been leaving the shop lately. 🌿

From layers of garden roses and orchids to bright pops of color and a tiny garden under glass, no two designs need to tell quite the same story.

Fresh flowers, thoughtful details, and something beautiful for just about every occasion.

Different destinations, different stories—and a design created especially for each one.

From saturated color and classic blue and yellow to garden-soft dahlias and a playful gathering of koi, these were a few of the pieces making their way out the door this week.

Thoughtfully composed, carefully finished and ready for wherever they were headed next.

Striped, sculptural and wonderfully unexpected.

These green lady slipper orchids reveal something new with every look—from the delicate patterning of their petals to the distinctive little slipper that gives them their name.

Nature has always been the most imaginative designer.

Orchids, interpreted five different ways.

Some are quiet and architectural. Others curve, climb or gather into something a little more unexpected. Each planting is designed around the natural gesture of its blooms, with vessels and botanical details chosen to make that personality even more distinct.

A new collection of orchid plantings is beginning to make its way into the shop.
