Flattening these floors

This project was for one of the sweetest people I know in my neighborhood. She has a registered historic home and love all things old like I do. She initially only told me to fix the leg but I ended up adding things as I saw fit lol.
This cabinet? I was told was used as an ironing board and a place to eat. So I went ahead and removed the old layers of paint and applied several layers of finish to give it new life for several years to come.

Two species in one home. and antique pine or some call it and I've even heard and can be easily confused for . I will be stripping this floor down and finishing it with a universal sealer made from shellac to give it the old look while top coatings it with .
This will help any future recoats that way the homeowner does not need to keep the furniture out more than a week. Unlike oilbase that takes 30 days to cure.
A loba spray mop will be given to the owner to guarantee future coats will adhere to the previous coats.
With this process, the floors will live another 100 years to come.
