I know it’s been awhile since I posted my wood burnings. I had a commission piece that i had been working on the past several months. A sweet lady reached out to me last Christmas asking if I would do a wood burning piece for her for her brother’s birthday. Her brother is a nature photographer and she wanted me to burn one of his pictures. I was super nervous. I spent several months on the project and finished it in July. I couldn’t share until she was able to give the piece to her brother which she did so last week. My client didn’t want any background and the logo to be faint. So here it is:

2024 has been a fun year. I am proud of myself for getting out of my comfort zone with my wood burning and creating some beautiful, memorable pieces for so many wonderful customers. Thank you for all your support and love! See you again in 2025. Happy New Year!

With regard to my wood burning, I have started to get out of my comfort zone and work on some very amazing, very meaningful pieces. A memorial piece for a very sweet young woman and a birthday present for an amazing vet tech’s mom. Thank you so much Ashlyn Taylor Welchey and Danielle Whiteley. ❤️

My Aunt asked me to make a sunflower piece for my cousin Ashley. This piece is 10x10. The center of the sunflower is done by burning small dots into the wood. So that part took awhile but was fun. Love you Aunt Michelle and Ashley! Thank you for your support!❤️
