Happy Birthday to our Kelly Jennings Germaine

Crazy to think this all started 5 years ago with an IG inbox message. We met for lunch Mellow Mushroom of Greenville and I immediately knew… yep, she’s my girl. Jersey stand up, IYKYK 😂

And here we are five years later.

It’s been so special watching life evolve for you—from being an awesome wife, to becoming a mama, and giving our team our very own baby… Baby B 💙 .

But through all the seasons, one thing about Kelly—she is going to CHEER 👏🏾 YOU 👏🏾 ON. And I’m so thankful to have had you in my corner doing exactly that.

Thank you for always rooting for me, believing in the vision, and being such an important part of this team and this journey.

Today we get to celebrate YOU.

A year ago, this looked very different.

There were more questions than answers. More uncertainty than certainty. (Iykyk)

The doors won’t officially open until October, but this story was never meant to start on opening day.

So instead of showing you a perfectly finished studio, we’re inviting you behind the scenes.

The conversations.
The client transformations.
The lessons.
The moments that almost made us quit…and the reasons we kept going.

Because one day this studio will simply be “Villas 10”.

Avia begged for a paint party for her 6th birthday, and was absolutely PERFECT 🎨✨.

She had the honor of being the VERY FIRST birthday girl to celebrate there with all her friends, and let me tell y’all… this was probably my favorite birthday party we’ve ever done (and we’ve done A LOT 😅).

No trampoline park chaos. No overstimulation. Just 17 kids completely locked in, quiet, focused, and creating their own masterpieces while the parents actually got to breathe, relax, and enjoy all the beautiful local artwork throughout the gallery.

We even bought a few paintings to bring home for our own collection 🖼️🤍

Looking back… I should’ve served wine for the parents while the kiddos painted because it was THAT kind of vibe 😂🍷.

Low-key, fun, memorable, creative, and so special. Avia even left with artwork made by her friends to remember turning SIX 🥹.
