It is SO hard to believe that her freshman year is coming to an end! I wanted to show you guys what we did with their dorm room this past year as I know many of you have kids headed off to college next year. Now is a great time to start purchasing some of those dorm essentials. In the next week, I will post some links for the things that we felt were great finds for their dorm! PS I am dreading moving out that sectional. But oh my how wonderful it was and was definitely used this year! It will head to their apartment for next year!

An easy update to a basic room is wallpaper. 🤍

If you are in the 30 year old and up crowd, you remember the nightmares of buying a home that had wallpaper and wallpaper borders that really needed to be updated. The peeling and steaming to remove them almost scarred us from ever using wallpaper again! It took me years to convince Jon to let me put wallpaper up…..AND the fact that removable wallpaper was invented helped!

The wallpaper in this bathroom is peel and stick. No messy glue to deal with and easily removable if you mess up! You can find it 🤗

Did you know we also design commercial spaces? When we did the Coffee Houses, the realization of love we have to make ANY space feel like home came to fruition! No matter the space you are wanting to re do, any place can feel like home. Additional barn doors, gold fixtures, and warm wood tones all make this space feel just a little more inviting.

We feel immense love and support from our GVL community on the opening of and we’re truly thankful.

Designing every detail of our coffee shop from start to finish has been an amazing adventure!!
