When you forfeit control and let the kids pick and decorate the 🎄 ...

You end up with the widest one on the lot and still need to cut off a foot just to stand it upright and the star still doesn’t fit on top, the ornaments and lights are a beautiful mess (thanks to my boys), and we ran out of red ribbon so decided on red AND silver.
But this is our tree and it reflects our family, not picture perfect but full of character and fun!
That’s what we call design.

BATHROOM MAKEOVER (BEFORE & AFTER)

Client needed a quick and affordable bathroom update for a rental property. Using alternating size subway tile with contrasting grout and large format floor tile we turned a cramped and dingy bathroom into a modern, airy and welcoming space. A vanity with integrated sink and closed storage topped off with a coat of my go to cool neutral (Sherwin Williams #7070 "Site White") completes the transformation.
