Saturday's hours are 9am- 5 pm
Sunday's hours on 11 am-3 pm

There are still a few spots left in my Primitive Candy Cane class that I will be teaching at Sauder Village during rug hooking week. Class will be on Thursday, August 13th from 6:30-9:30 pm.

You just need to bring a pair of scissors to class. Everything else will be included in your kit or available for you to use during class.

With the option to add a second candy cane (for a small fee), if you desire to put two of them together for displaying.

I am excited to announce that I will be vending Village during Rug Hooking Week and teaching a class on Thursday night. Sauder is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Rug Hooking week in August of 2026!

Primitive Candy Cane Class (pics in comments below)
On Thursday, August 13th from 6:30 pm-9:30 pm

Class Description:

Students will select from a variety of wools to create the greenery and holly leaves and will have the option to add an additional candy cane, if they desire for a minimal additional fee. Students will learn how to create wooly tree branches for a greenery bouquet in addition to creating the 3-dimensional holly leaves and berries. All techniques learned in this class can be applied to other wool feather projects. This class is the steppingstone to creating other 3-D wool projects with confidence

These boxes can be used for Townsend/Beeline blades, frazier and bliss blades. It might possibly work for honeydo blades too. The bottom 2 drawers will hold 3 Townsend blades and the top section can hold 4. Perfect for getting organized at home, taking to hooking group, hook-ins, and classes.

The items displayed in the boxes are not included and only serve as a visual for different ways to use the boxes

I am excited to announce that I will be teaching the provincial lavender class at Yarncom in St Louis on Saturday, May 17 from 11am-3pm.

The class kit fee is $60 and includes everything you will need for the class. Students will be able to choose from a dark or light lavender wool color for your project.
