Hey it's Jenn from jh creative co! I'm excited to see old friends and meet new ones in my third year at the market. My specialty products are polymer clay earrings and upcycled gifts. Over the years, I've expanded into pressed and dried flowers, totes and tees. Frankly you'll never know what you'll find - so visit every week!

Welcome to installment #2 of "What I'm Making When I Should Be Crafting."
I'm old school or maybe I'm just old but I prefer cookbooks or printed out recipes. I also like it when the recipes are simple and the ingredients are already my favorite.
If you're like me, make friends with Matthew mounds a.k.a. Your Barefoot Neighbor! So far every recipe I've made out of his two books has been a hit... That means not only do I like them, but at least one kid will eat it.😉
If you didn't already know, I eat completely gluten free due to celiac disease. Therefore, to be successful I also need a recipe to be able to be converted. Using gluten-free lasagna oven ready noodles from either Jovial or Barilla and GF spinach dip i created this masterpiece. Not exactly picture perfect but it was delicious!

Welcome to my new series called "What I'm making when I really should be creating..."
After so long being in a rut for cooking I am trying to expand the kids' tastes as well as make new things that don't take a long time or too many ingredients. Bonus if i already have most of the ingredients.

Guess what I should be doing... working with my hands in a different way and getting ready for the Farmers market. But two things can be true, right?

Tonight's dinner is below.. I don't have a picture in real life because I packed it and sent it with my daughter between tennis and musical practice. But I got a thumbs up and a clean plate!
