Bon Secour Candle Company is located in Orange Beach, Alabama where all of our candles are hand poured in small batches. Our Soy Candle Tins are all environmentally friendly made from 100% Natural Soy Wax Candles produced by soy beans grown in the USA. Our fragrance oils are phthalate free and we use lead free all-natural cotton wicks.

Even us candle makers screw up a candle Burn sometimes. I didn’t let the first burn get to a full melt pool and it tunneled all the way down but I still had a ton of wax on the sides so I just put it on my wax melter and it smells so good in here right now!! Here’s how a burn should be done….

To properly burn a candle, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch, let the wax melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling, keep it away from drafts, burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, and extinguish it safely, not by blowing, to ensure a clean, even, and safe experience.
