✨INCREDIBLE TURNKEY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY✨

Are you looking to own a truly unique business with a loyal, built-in local following?

After many years building Fromage and Interiors by Luce, I have made the decision to transition my interior design services to a home-based office. Because of this, our beautiful physical storefront, which is a one-of-a-kind blend of a specialty cheese shop and unique home boutique is officially available for purchase as a turnkey business.

This is a rare opportunity to step right into an established, fully operational retail space with a distinct identity.

Included:
~ Complete Inventory – High-quality retail stock
~ Commercial Equipment & Fixtures – Premium refrigeration, custom display shelving, counters and lighting
~ Vendor Networks – Seamless handoff of active supplier and distributor relationships
~ Prime Storefront Location – Beautifully designed storefront ready for immediate
operation

This opportunity is perfect for a foodie entrepreneur, a designer looking for a physical store or anyone wanting to own a beloved community staple.

Serious inquiries only! For pricing, assets details and to schedule and personal walk
through please contact me at 908-269-8129 or email me at [email protected].

Please share this with anyone you might know who dreams of owning a beautiful,
ready-to-go neighborhood business.

Thank you for your continued support,

Store Closing and Transition Announcement🖤

To All of our Valued Clients, Customers and Friends,
After 20 memorable years of serving this community, I am writing to share some
important news about the future of my business. The physical storefront will officially close it’s doors on December 31, 2026.

Bringing together Interiors by Luce and Fromage under one roof has been an incredibly unique and rewarding experience. Amy and I are deeply grateful for all the business, friendships, laughter and conversations you have shared with us over the years.

While the retail storefront is closing, this is NOT a complete goodbye! I am excited to announce that Interiors by Luce is transitioning to a home-based studio. We will
continue to offer the exact same full-service interior design, consultations, window
treatments and furniture you have come to trust, just without the retail showroom.

As we make this transition, we would love to see Fromage and the contents of Interiors by Luce live on. If you or someone you know has ever dreamed of owning a beautiful boutique retail business, the storefront setup, specialty cheese assets, and remaining curated contents are available for acquisition.
Serious inquiries regarding the purchase of the store and its assets can be directed to me personally. Design clients can look for an email soon with details on how to book your upcoming appointments through our new home studio. Our phone numbers, email and social media will remain the same.

I want to say Thank You to every client and customer for all your loyalty and friendship.

With my sincere gratitude,
Luce DeMark
