A fabulous Thursday in New York City celebrating 100 years of the New York Design Center at 200 Lexington Avenue. ✨🥂

It was such a pleasure spending the day surrounded by beautiful design, creativity, and so many inspiring showrooms and studios.

A few highlights from our day included Ralph Lauren Studio, Made Goods, Thibaut, Christopher Farr Cloth, Pooky Lamps, and Peter Dunham Design Studio.

And such a special detail from Benjamin Moore! An artist personalized canvas bags with our names in beautiful calligraphy, finished with a side tag featuring a Benjamin Moore color, complete with its color name and number. Such a thoughtful and creative keepsake from the day.

Congratulations to the New York Design Center on its 100th anniversary, and thank you to all of the showrooms, artists, vendors, designers, and teams who made Thursday such a memorable celebration. Here’s to a century of exceptional design and many more years of inspiration.

The window treatments in this space were installed nearly 15 years ago, and once the recent work was completed, it was finally time to select the furniture. The result is happy, bright and wonderfully comfortable, with timeless patterns, fresh color and performance fabrics chosen for everyday living.
