The Shoppe at 18 Mile Creek is looking for a lovely new person to join our little team.

We’re looking for someone warm, dependable + personable who enjoys beautiful things, connecting with people, and being part of a creative small-business environment.

PART-TIME SHOPPE ASSOCIATE

We’re currently looking for help with:

• Weekday afternoons (3–6 PM)
• Weekend shifts (Saturday + Sunday)
• Helping customers + running the Shoppe
• Light merchandising + keeping the space beautiful
• Assisting with occasional events + special Shoppe happenings

Retail experience is wonderful, but more than anything, we’re looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, self-motivated and genuinely enjoys people.

If the Shoppe feels like your kind of place, we’d love to meet you.

Your sweetheart, your husband, your best friend, your sister, your mom, your girlfriends - “Date Night” is for everyone.

GENERAL ADMISSION — $15/person
Bring your own blanket or chair. Food, popcorn + spiced cider available for purchase.

DATE NIGHT FOR TWO — $45
Admission for two + reserved seating + popcorn to share + two spiced ciders.

Come early, grab something to eat, wander through The Shoppe, get cozy and settle in for a classic movie under the stars.

Join us at The Shoppe hosted along with The Institute for Female Trailblazers for a three-day fall retreat for women who are ready to step away from the pace and responsibilities of everyday life and make some room for themselves.

Held at the turning of the season, the weekend is an opportunity to slow down, reflect on the year behind you, reconnect with what you need now, and head into the months ahead feeling more grounded and replenished.

Over three intentionally spacious days, we’ll bring together nourishing meals, time in nature, gentle movement and somatic practices, practical wellness teachings, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation. There will also be plenty of room to simply rest, laugh, connect, and enjoy being somewhere you don’t have to take care of everything.

You don’t need experience with retreats, meditation, yoga, or any particular wellness practice to belong here. Everything is designed to be approachable and invitational. You can participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.

This isn’t about fixing yourself, reinventing your life, or becoming a “better” version of who you are.

It’s about giving yourself something that can be surprisingly hard to find in everyday life: time and space to hear yourself again.

Come as you are. Leave rested, connected, and clearer about what you want to carry forward, and what you’re ready to leave behind.

We’re planning a day filled with old-fashioned fall fun - artisans, food, contests, games, pumpkins, activities, and more! A fun family event you won’t want to miss!

A great community event takes a great community to make it happen! We’ll soon be looking for volunteers, artisans, food participants, contest entries, activity helpers, and community groups who want to be part of the fun.

NEW IN THE SHOPPE 🦉☕️

Guys – I have a secret don’t tell anyone…but…maybe tell everybody lol

Several years ago, when I was living on Cape Cod, Snowy Owl was the coffee shop to go to. It became part of my daily routine, and honestly, I never stopped thinking about it. Since moving back to WNY, it’s been the one coffee I consistently keep stocked at home and even got my family hooked on it.

So bringing Snowy Owl Coffee into the shop feels less like adding a new product and more like sharing something I genuinely love.

Beyond making the best cup of coffee, their values align closely with ours. They source directly from small-lot growers and cooperatives that prioritize environmental sustainability, economic development, and educational opportunities in their communities.

Great coffee from good people doing things the right way.

If you haven’t tried it yet, stop in and grab a bag! I’m excited to share a little piece of Cape Cod here in Hamburg, NY.
