Here is a potting bench that Oscar and I built. We made this from repurposed wood, but if I were to build it from botten wood you would probably have a couple thousand invested.

A bench I am working on, have a bit more to do. Have a couple of w**d pots on top to show them off, I think the bench would have to go for around $200 unfinished and probably around $300 finished. The wees pots are as like I said before $15 to $25 each.
