🍽️ This town runs on roasted chicken dinners! We have replenished both white and dark meat dinners, served with scalloped potatoes and country green beans $17
🫘 We simmered a pot of soup beans this morning, comes with chopped onions $10 lb. and cornbread just $2 a slice.
🥬 You can’t get a fresher slaw than organic Napa, scallions, carrots, edamame and roasted salmon with a homemade ginger soy (gluten free) dressing.
🥗 On the subject of gluten free, we made a gluten free capellini pasta salad with more fresh vegetables from Weathertree farm: Sugar snap peas, scallions,
mixed peppers in a creamy balsamic vinaigrette.
🍗 Barbecue chicken thigh, wing and leg, would go great with our vegetable pasta salad!

🥪 We had leftover pot roast so we shredded it for sandwiches, a limited amount but each 1/2 pound makes two sandwiches, buns included. (We sold out of sloppy joes yesterday) 😊
