This week I learned to make marshmallows using marshmallow root, graham crackers, and chocolate bars from scratch. Today we used those to make s'mores. They were so good! The marshmallows were really gooey! Then we made homemade hot chocolate with the marshmallows in it and watched Halloween movies. 🎃

I am set up and ready for business at the Seaside Farmers Market for the last market of the season. I have double chocolate biscotti today along with my usual cookies and brownies.

I made one of mom's signature dishes. Apple and brie stuffed chicken with herb mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. It was a delicious rainy day.

Today my challenge was to make 3 similar but different doughs and make a polish braided bread with my homemade blueberry jam, bignets, and orange knots. It was my first time making braided/knotted bread but I loved it! I think they all came out very good. I think I might make more bignets tomorrow for the 4H extension office. I put a little nutmeg and cinnamon in the dough. I can't wait to have my own bakery.

Happy Tuesday everyone! I will be selling cookies at the Seaside Farmers Market tomorrow from 1-6. I will have my chocolate peanut butter, snickerdoodles, lemon shortbread, s'more deep dish, ranger, gluten free chocolate chip, and gluten free oreo brownies, along with 2 new options. Fruity Pebble Krispy treats and Monkey Man cookies. I will have peanut butter pumpkin dog treats too. Wyatt will also be selling worry monsters. We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow! Ben
