I can't take credit for this idea (saw it on TikTok), but I decided to give it a try and I have to say...I'm pretty pleased with the result!

Purchased two random large canvas prints (30" x 40") at two different thrift stores ($8.99 & $9.99) and two shower curtains from Amazon.

A straight edge, scissors, electric staple gun and Voilà!! Custom art prints!!

The first pic is of them (temporarily) hanging from my pantry doors. The 2nd pic is how ChatGPT staged them (it skewed the dimensions a little, but you get the idea...). 3rd pic is proof of what I paid on the Zon. For less than $50, I've got some cool artwork to use in my next gallery wall collection! 😁

She was dark and moody when I got her, but she's revealing her lighter personality, little by little. 🤣 I'm taking my time and listening to see if she tells me how she wants to look. This jaw dropping carved wood petite Jacobean Revival sideboard is ready for prime time! Finished in a wiped back smoky blue, black glazed then embellished with copper guilding wax to showcase those carvings. It's a perfect "Rustic meets Modern" style and truly a timeless piece! The inside is completely finished in a contrasting gray with floral interior doors. Includes an upper divided drawer and a DEEP bottom drawer. Would look great in any living room, dining room, office or entryway!

Found this hand-made SOLID maple side table (absolutely no veneer) for $15 @ my local Habitat. Decided it was a good candidate for something I've been wanting to try. Cut off the skirt, new legs, new trim, new hardware and a darker mood.😉I think it turned out pretty cool. 😎

This little, but beefy, sideboard stole my heart with its beautiful burl, mother of pearl pulls and detailing. I couldn't bear to cover all that beautiful grain with paint, so I just did some highlighting with a kiss of metallics.

Sometimes, the little guys need love, too.❤️
Decided to stay "natural" with this antique piano stool I rescued recently. Scrubbed the old, alligatored shellac off with 0000 steel wool, a soft wire brush and denatured alcohol. Refreshed with some Fushion Natural Stain & Refinishing Oil and added a little guilding to the legs to freshen them up.

This pair of ornately carved Louis XV mahogany two-tiered tables from the 40's (?) were beautiful to begin with, but my customer requested some embellishments... Lower level painted with Fusion Midnight Blue and topped with Ebony stain and finishing oil. Details were guilded with Dixie Belle gold guilding wax. Finished off with some Wise Owl lemon-verbena salve. ❤❤
