Today we're recognizing Steve and his 7 years with KTM Exteriors.
Steve is the kind of guy every crew needs — he shows up, puts his head down, and gets the job done right. No shortcuts. No excuses.
Out in the field as a Foreman, he keeps jobs moving, crews on track, and standards where they need to be. And when something else needs to get handled—whether it's jumping in to help with a siding quote or solving a problem on-site—Steve's the guy you call.
He's been a steady presence on our jobs for seven years, and that kind of consistency matters in this line of work. Day in and day out, he brings the same work ethic and reliability that our customers and teammates count on.
This industry isn't easy—and the people who stick with it, take pride in their craft, and do the job right earn respect.
Steve's one of those guys.
Thank you for seven years of hard work, dedication, and commitment to the KTM team.
đź‘Š Happy Anniversary, Steve!
