We are so incredibly proud to introduce you to our next young entrepreneur!
🔹Meet Rylee, the creative mind behind Rylee's Creations🔹

Meet Rylee, the brilliant 15-year-old multi-talent behind Rylee’s Creations! When she isn't skating hard on the hockey rink or stepping up to the plate at softball, Rylee is a master of modern tech. After being gifted a 3D printer last year, she completely dove into learning the ins and outs of 3D modeling and manufacturing.Now, she uses her printer to create an awesome, colorful collection of both fun and incredibly useful items! From super-satisfying articulated ocean animals (wait until you feel how these stingrays move!) to custom keychains and playful desk toys, her attention to detail is amazing. 🐢🦖

Rylee has been working overtime keeping her printer running all week to stock her table for Saturday. Come down to meet her, see her tech creations in person, and support her growing business!

We are so incredibly proud to introduce you to our first young entrepreneur!
🔹Meet Elle, the author of The Youngest Lobsterman!🔹

11 year old author Elle Eaton was inspired by her younger brother's hard work going lobstering at just 8 years old. She wrote this story about her brother lobstering with their grandfather, seeing sea creatures and continuing their family's lobstering legacy. It is important to her that all kids know that hard work doesn’t just have to be for grown ups.

Elle has been working so hard preparing for this weekend, and we can't wait to see them shine! Come out to meet them in person and grab her book. ✨ Please go and support The Youngest Lobsterman

Big things are growing at Variegated Roots! ✨

We are officially working on curating our upcoming schedule of community classes and workshops! We want our shop to be a welcoming sanctuary where neighbors can gather, learn, and create together.

To kick things off, our very first event is this coming Saturday, June 27th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM—the Young Sprouts Pop-up Market! We are making room to showcase local youth entrepreneurs selling their handmade creations right in and amongst our shop.

**Parents: We still have a few vendor spaces open for this weekend, but registration closes soon so we can finalize our floor layout!**

➡️ The Setup: We provide the table space inside the shop.
🤍The Cause: A $15 entry fee that is 100% donated to St. Vincent de Paul Hampton to support our local food pantry.

Well... I shockingly (but totally on brand) got a little TOO excited preparing for our Creative Era today! 🪩✨

The excitement meant we prepped enough craft supplies, mock-tail mixes, and heart sunglasses for a small stadium! 💖🕶️

So, we are keeping the party rolling for FATHER’S DAY tomorrow (Sunday, 6/21) from 12:00 to 4:00 PM with a special "We Over-Prepped!" celebration price! 🥳✨

In panic mode for Father’s Day? Don’t panic. Think of us as your emergency gifting headquarters today. 🌿

​Swing by the shop and curate a custom lineup for him. Mix and match a signature scent, some shower and self-care essentials, or a unique piece from one of our amazing collective, maybe even consider getting him flowers. It looks incredibly thoughtful, takes five minutes to pull together, and directly supports the local community right here in town.

You don't need a concert ticket to get in your creative era! We are hosting A Swiftie Party this Saturday, June 20th, from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Variegated Roots (457 Lafayette Rd, Downtown Hampton)—and it is open to ALL AGES! 🪩💖

Whether you're a die-hard fan, looking for a fun weekend activity with the kids, or just want to hang out and get crafty, everyone is welcome.

Here’s what’s happening:

💖 Friendship Bracelet Making (Make & trade!!)

🎨 Fun Crafts & Photo Ops to capture the memories

🍹 Themed Drink Station featuring delicious, refreshing mock-tails

​Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who filled our table and brought such amazing energy to the shop! We had the absolute best time—so much so that plans for the next class are already in the works.
