Finally, 5 years later, adding finished photos of Wythe Elementary School gym renovation. Clear maple. Added about 1,000 sf to old existing gym sitting on a floating system over concrete structure. Not bad for 60 year difference! Now the school is apartments.

Buyer Beware!
After selling luxury vinyl plank floors for the last 6 to 8 years, we can honestly say they are not all equal. There are many many more inferior products than there are good products out there. As well, peoples beliefs that they are the go to product for long-term are ill advised!
Please consider other options before deciding to install a luxury vinyl plank floor in your home. The options are many including Hardwood and today’s new laminates.
There are so many options and they’re not that much more money in fact can even be the same or less than luxury vinyl plank. Before deciding on what floor to put in, please check with your local professional retailer, whoever they may be.
