PA Amish doll quilts. One exhibits a more simple bar pattern and the other exhibits a diamond pattern with heart stitching. Minor wear and discoloration. The diamond pattern quilt does retain some adhesive where a previous owner most likely mounted or framed the quilt.

Late 18th-early 19th century Lancaster County PA wall box. Solid black walnut and square-nail construction. Scalloped back board with hanging hole, full length single drawer below angled lid hinged with wood dowels. Aged crack on the top left corner of the front and side board where a square nail is missing but it does not detract from the structural integrity of the box.

Mid 19th century full profile silhouette of stocky gentleman in frock and trousers holding calipers. Likely a master of his trade (possibly a master builder, shipwright or engineer). Original gilt lined black painted oval frame and hanger. Found in NY. 9” tall.

LARGE 19th century tin candle lantern. This lantern exhibits a graduated pierced tin cake top, single candle cup cleated through the bottom, wavy/bubbly glass a make-do or repaired tin door.

Wear is consistent with age. Solder repair evident on cylindrical feet, make-do tin door, cracks in 2 panes of glass evident but still intact.

SOLD

A diminutive mahogany desktop lockbox with brass escutcheon and ball feet, hand cut dovetail construction and removable interior lid. Dating to the late 18th or early 19th century. Wear is consistent with age. A stable crack in the lid is visible and was repaired. Evidence screws were driven through the top can be seen in the photos. The hinges are secured loosely by design to allow the top to close most likely due to age, warping or shrinkage.
