Your external clutter (physical) is directly related to your internal clutter (emotional, mental). Release, recycle, donate, sell…no, you do not need to keep things you inherit. No, you do not need to keep gifts that you do not use or love. Get rid of it, release the attachment to the THING and free some up physical and emotional space for what you truly desire. 💝🐸 LUCKY FROG FENG SHUI

One of the most frequent occurrences I come across when I work with clients is clutter. I spend a lot of time coaching people on how to understand the impact clutter has on the energy of the home and its occupants.

I’ve always felt that I am pretty good about getting rid of “things” that no longer have a purpose in my home. I had the realization today that I can be so much better about this by NOT buying stuff in the first place…then I don’t need to get rid of it. In the world of near instant gratification of online shopping, I am also victim to impulse buying. A long while ago it was because I was buying stuff to redo my home after a breakup, then it was because I had lost weight and needed new clothes, then it was because I was getting into another style of motorcycle riding. Absolutely, many of these purchases were necessary to the situation. But the joy that I felt while making those purchases were further enhanced by trying the latest facial serum that everyone was raving about that popped up in my feed while I was researching something else…so on and so forth. Wouldn’t it be nice if we had complete agency over what we saw online so we could just not be tempted by all the other crap!?!

I am making a personal effort to return to asking myself “Do I LOVE this thing that I am considering? Do I NEED this thing that I’m considering? Will I USE this thing that I’m considering?” I have to practice what I preach and be accountable to the Feng Shui life that I have opted into. The results are always worth the effort. Change is inevitable, making the choice to not buy something saves me from having to donate or throw it away later if I don’t need/love/use it.

I have been working on my “come back” since January of this year. When I had my Feng Shui business in Kansas and Rhode Island, My Perfect Space, I finally felt like I was doing what I was supposed to be doing. I loved it, it came naturally, my life flowed.

When I moved to New Hampshire to open Starbucks in Hanover, I no longer had the bandwidth to do this very special work…and then the person who managed my website let it lapse. When I went to buy the domain name back so I didn’t lose my business site, the domain wasn’t available for purchase. I was devastated. Not only had I lost years of emails, and my beautiful website…I had lost my favorite client testimonials.

I came across a reel on Instagram that said there are websites where you can access information from websites that are no longer active…and I found my content!! Most importantly, I found my testimonials!

My Lucky Frog Peeps…I have been sitting on my website not wanting to go live with it because I no longer had the “proof” I felt like I needed to have to show YOU that this is my passion and that I have helped so many people shift the energy in their home or work.

Finding the testimonials was the sign I needed to finally launch! 🐸
