Happy Friday! This is the face of a very grateful designer. It’s been a whirlwind week and finally able to professionally photograph the most beautiful project . You may recognize this room but I couldn’t capture it nearly as well as Breanna Kuhlmann/BKLP • Photographer & SEO Expert 😊

Thank you to my sweet clients who I’ve had the privilege of working with in two homes. 🏠

Stay posted to see the final pics post on my website!

Finishing touches in the kitchen

The finishing touches come after the countertops are installed. Backsplash and Lighting makes a huge difference if you want your home to stand apart from the cookie cutter builder grade options.

Gold and black metal create a strong contrast and balance the room. It's almost like jewelry for a room! And the recessed lighting is positioned perfectly like little stars....or Diamonds!

Swipe to the end...our Before- the home came with ONE b**b light for the kitchen ceiling.

So much to be thankful for. I've kept a journal for 28 years....and it absolutely began when I became a mother. She's my WHY...I could never have imagined such a beautiful life. My girls see me. They ARE me, but so much better. And now I have a Son!

Funny story, these pictures were taken immediately after a huge storm came through and forced us to go indoors. Life...you hope for the best, but need to plan for the worst at times.

I share moments of personal life, because I am human. I want to offer a glimpse of hope to people who can't see past their current circumstances. And so, I often have the privilege of sharing my story.

The weather has cooled and It's time for one of my favorite transformations. I can finally surrender to FALL decorating. Use softer, muted tones instead of the traditional Orange and Yellows. I was able to easily add decorative holiday layers. SWipe for the before

Then we swapped out the pumpkins with the homeowner's China and stemware. Such an elegant touch. But the true transformation lies in the room's main characters: Lighting, Wallpaper and bamboo woven shades that block the view of your neighbor's siding....paired with my favorite Quick ship Fabricut Pacific linen draperies in Snow.

Let's get your home ready for your next gathering! It's not too late.

What it feels like to wake up everyday in a coastal ensuite even when the weather is turning cold....ahhh. Your home can transport you into a world of everday luxury. It's simply a state of refinement and elevation that feels different, not builder basic. We spend so much time in these spaces, you absolutely should want to be in them.

Swipe through to see the room. One of the most important aspects of the design was removing the tub and providing a zero curb entry for our clients who want to age in place. I'm recommending these even more to my clients these days. And it doesn't need to look like a hospital to be safe.

Look forward to seeing more amazing transformations to come!

It's officially FALL and time to share one of my favorite kichen transformations. Painting these cabinets (AGAIN) was not going to help the bad layout and functionality. You can pack a ton of storage , plus fix major issues like having a Dishwasher next to the sink. A little bar for grandkids to sit, plus a HUGE pantry wall.

It's truly one of the coziest kitchens. Perfect for the sweet family who lives here.
