💕 Friendly Reminder to Our Valued Customers!

We truly appreciate EVERY customer and EVERY order! 🩷

Unfortunately, we've had too many customers arriving to pick up orders before receiving their READY FOR PICKUP confirmation.

⏰ If you have not received confirmation by 6 PM, your order will be ready sometime the following day.

Due to our high order volume, we kindly ask that you plan ahead and place your orders with enough time.

🌧️⚡ WEATHER & DTF PRINTING UPDATE ⚡🌧️

With the possibility of more rain and thunderstorms through the weekend and into early next week, we wanted to give our customers a quick heads-up regarding our DTF printing turnaround times.

We normally offer same to next-day turnaround, but during heavy rain and thunderstorms, this may change.

Our printers and equipment are a BIG investment, so if there is thunder, lightning, or excessive power flickering, we may need to temporarily shut down our computers and printers to protect them from possible damage.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee our normal same to next-day turnaround during severe weather.

We just wanted to give everyone this information ahead of time so you can plan accordingly when placing time-sensitive orders. We will continue printing whenever conditions safely allow and will always do our best to get orders completed as quickly as possible.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! 💕

🙏 IMPORTANT ORDER UPDATE — PLEASE READ 🙏

WOW! We received one of the highest volumes of orders we’ve had in a very long time from our Labor Day sales, and we are incredibly thankful for every single order! 🥹🩷

Our team is working NONSTOP to get everyone’s orders completed as quickly as possible. We just ask for a little patience while we work through this very large volume of orders.

📌 As advertised during the sale:
✨ Cheer Haven website orders: Ready TODAY or TOMORROW
✨ DTF Xpress Transfers website orders: Ready WEDNESDAY or THURSDAY

We are currently receiving an overwhelming number of calls and messages asking:
• Will my order be ready today?
• What time will my order be ready?
• Can you check if my order went through correctly?
• Can you check the status of my order?

We completely understand that everyone is excited and needs their orders. ❤️ However, stopping to look up individual orders, answer calls, and respond to messages throughout the day is taking our team away from printing, processing and completing those orders, as well as helping the customers who are currently shopping in our store.

🙏 PLEASE HELP US GET YOUR ORDERS DONE FASTER!

If your order is still within the turnaround time listed above, we kindly ask that you please wait for your ORDER READY notification before calling or messaging for an update.

We promise—we are working as quickly as we can! 💪🩷 As soon as your order is completed, you will receive a notification letting you know it is ready for pickup.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and especially for the incredible support you showed us during our Labor Day sale. We truly appreciate every single one of you! 🙏❤️

Now let us get back to printing! 😅🖨️

🚨 IMPORTANT DTF TURNAROUND UPDATE 🚨

Friends, we are officially out of time in each day! 🥹❤️

It’s after 7PM, our store is closed for the day… and we are STILL here printing DTF orders! 😅

We have tried our very best to continue offering same-day turnaround, but with the incredible amount of orders coming in during this busy school & football season, we simply cannot keep up with same-day printing right now.

❤️ UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, OUR NEW DTF TURNAROUND TIME WILL BE:
✨ SAME-DAY TO NEXT-DAY.

🚨We will simply print until 5pm to allow you time to pick-up your orders before we close. If you have not received a notification by 5pm, your order will be ready the following day (no time frame)

We promise we will ALWAYS work as quickly as we can, and if we can get your order done sooner, WE WILL! 🙌🏼

Most importantly, THANK YOU. ❤️

We are incredibly blessed to have the trust and support of our community. The fact that so many of you choose DTF Xpress Transfers / Vinyl Haven to print your transfers means more to us than you know. 🙏🏼

Thank you for keeping our printers running, our little business growing, and our hearts FULL! 🥹❤️

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this very busy season!
