owner & founder James Kaminski got this nice Michigan gobbler uaing a mix of slate over glass friction call with a carbon striker, both in a vibrant Paduk wood, and a cedar & ambrosia maple Thunder Hen box call.

“The birds have been responding great all week to the calls, twice on opening day I had them in range, but behind trees. With a windy day today, the Thunder Hen box call was perfect to cut the wind & the subtle slate call brought them in close.” -James
