My Sunday sermon for today is on Sodum and Gomorrah. If we reflect on how evil our world is right now. We all hear rumors, and things that we think couldn’t possibly be true, but yet everyday we find people in our local news that are committing heinous crimes. How have we let our world become so vicious and have no morals? How as humans have we just sat back and let unethical things happen. It tells us in Genius 19 about the Lord destroying Sodum and Gomorrah, yet we all sit around and say the Lord himself will judge these people and yes you would be correct, but is that truly what we are to do? Are we as humans supposed to just let these things slide? As a follower of Christ I’m coming to you asking these question. How do you handle these things? I personally take them to prayer but is there more we should be doing? I’m asking but don’t want any arguments or heated discussions. It’s just a bunch of God loving people coming together talking about what a crazy world we live in.

We worked at the Barn today until we thought we were melting. We got several displays done and I must say that Sydnee Elizabeth is a super star. She loves Fall and created some outstanding vignettes. So kudos to her because this ole momma wasn’t feeling up to par. ❤️

Have you ever had one of those days where it seems that everything you touch just turns to “crap”. Well this week was one for the books. From trying to load a lawnmower on a trailer with no steering, and the back end locked up . We ended the weekend with our septic pump going out, and let’s just say it was a crappy job. These are the times that we have to lean on God. Yes I wanted to lay down and kick and scream, but I kept reminding myself that God has this. We all have struggles and Chaos in our lives and if you tell me you don’t then I’m going to call you out. We have to remember that Although you live in a temporary, broken world, your innermost being is securely anchored in eternity. This right here is what I have to remind myself constantly. We as humans have to put things in perspective. Here is to hoping that this week is better for all of us because God is in control.
Galatians 5:25 states, "Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit"
