The kufta had that smoky, grilled flavor you want from a charcoal cooked sandwich, with a solid balance of seasoning and texture.

Big shoutout to 504 Shawarma & Falafel in Metairie! 🥙🔥

We pulled up to get them set up with their Google Review signs, and they ended up showing TBK some love right back.

They hooked us up with some food and complimentary tea, so you already know it was only right that we showcase what they have to offer. 🤝

The food was on point, but the atmosphere really caught my attention.

The decorations bring together two different worlds. You have a modern, beautiful restaurant setting, but the traditional details throughout the space give it a sense of history and culture.

And that Jerusalem tree in the background?

That was one of my favorite details. It really brings that old traditional feel into a modern space.

If you're looking for authentic Middle Eastern flavors, fresh shawarma, falafel, hummus, and more, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. Their menu has plenty of options whether you're grabbing a quick meal or sitting down and enjoying the atmosphere.
