A cabin in the woods is on many of our clients' wish list. Small homes for one or two people are the future, especially with acreage, and the developer of this one we just closed created a true oasis with a small, new construction home on a thoughtfully planned homesite. Happy closing to a client turned friend who under unexpected circumstances had to cut her time in Mississippi short! So much of our life is unfortunately dictated by our employer... really hoped remote work would have stayed more common after the pandemic. Best of luck, Micki! Congratulations to our buyers and friends on closing on their new home!!!

We had a great team on this one with Adam Lee with Renasant Bank on the loan who was able to get Appraisal waived, Luckett Land Title (Hattiesburg) on title and closing, an excellent listing agent with a seller who agreed to the repair list, couldn't have gone smoother. And just like that, they're in their new home with shorter commutes, tons of space, and fun interior design projects on the horizon to make it feel even more like theirs 😍

It's always an extra honor when someone who knows me, and has worked with me in a previous career and that I think highly of, calls on me for her family's real estate needs. I am beyond grateful for Sam's trust that my work ethic and professionalism would carry across anything I touch. Thank you!
