3 years ago we had a once in a lifetime project come through the shop. This is a pizza oven that went to California. The materials are .04-.06 - 280 Bronze with a combination of stainless steel steel and forged steel strapping. The discussions started a year in advance of the build and fabrication took place over the course of 6 months as I am unable to dedicate all of my time of week to a singular project. In all, there were over 60 hours of engineering and well over 300 man hours in this project. 7 craftsman had their hand in this project (Big thanks to all) and it turned out to be a real showstopper. The owner and I have shared several emails from time to time over the years and he has really become an excellent pizza chef; if he wasn't by now I surely would've shamed him!
