Effective immediately, **all new customers orders will require payment before work begins, or if you are purchasing an item already made. I will NO LONGER HOLD ITEMS. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. ** This policy helps ensure that materials are purchased and that I can dedicate my time to creating your special piece with confidence.

I am incredibly grateful for the support of my loyal customers. For my established repeat customers who have consistently shown reliability and trustworthiness, I will continue to offer the flexibility of beginning their orders before payment is received.
