We’re in the process of rebranding our business and officially bringing it back! Our goal is to launch in 2026, and we’re incredibly excited about what’s ahead. We’re also thrilled to be welcoming a new member to our leadership team—she’ll be joining us as a partner and owner, and we feel very fortunate to have her on board.
Additionally, Kateri and I want to be transparent about a change in how we operate. We were unfortunately burned by a past client after investing a significant amount of time and effort into a project. Even after an unexpected event, we went above and beyond by repairing and redesigning the project completely free of charge—only to later be spoken poorly about. Because of that experience, we’re now moving forward with everything by the letter. You can expect our order forms, contracts, and quotes to look a bit different as we put clearer processes and protections in place.g
