A little peek at what we make when I’m not making things for Wicks & Whims. 🧡
My son and I have been making shadow boxes together since he was about 2, and today we made our Halloween ones. 🎃👻
I’ve always loved doing projects like this with him—letting him pick pieces, decide where things should go, paint, create, and basically run wild with an idea.
But I think my favorite thing about these is that once they’re finished, they become little time capsules. Years from now, I’ll be able to look at them and see a tiny snapshot of what his imagination looked like at that age. 🥹
Definitely one of those traditions I hope he lets me keep doing with him for a long time. 🧡
