Welcome To Clay Critters & Characters By Sig, the home of unique, hand-sculpted polymer clay figures to capture your heart and imagination.

My sculptures have their origins in a lifelong interest in the arts, and my training in History and Anthropology, coupled with a love of research and a vivid imagination. Over the twenty years I have been addicted to polymer clay, I have created several distinct series of figures: "Olde World Santas", "Fantasy Folk", "Abbey Antics" "Furry & Feathered Friends", "Klay Kinder", "Warriors of the World", "Everyday People", "The Spirit Of The Steel" (Honoring steelworkers at the Bethlehem Steel Corporation), "Into The Belly of the Earth" (Honoring the coal miners of Pennsylvania), and "Klay Kachinas".
Each figure is hand-sculpted of polymer clay, not cast from a mold, and not mass-produced. Each is a unique collectible. Even when I use the same theme, no two figures are identical.
