Vinegar Taffy

2 C sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 C vinegar
A few pinch’s of salt

Combine all ingredients bring to hard ball stage 265*-270*
Cool pull until white and porous. Cut into 1 inch pieces.
