Tanmy Lynn's Homemade Low Carb Chicken Broccoli Parmesean Bake ☺️😋
It takes a while to make but man is it good y'all. 😁💖😁
°•°•° Ingredients °•°•°
4 Chicken Breast Halves (cubed)
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup White Wine
1 Cup Heavy Cream
3 Cups Shredded Parmesean Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Mozerella Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
1 8oz. Cream Cheese (cubed)
3 Heaping Tablespoons Almond Flour
Apx. 4 Cups Cooked Broccoli
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Shallot ( minced )
4 Cloves Garlic ( minced )

*Use your seasonings to your own taste/preference*
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasoning
Basil

Large Skillet/Pan
Large Mixing Bowl
Large Cutting Board
Baking Pan thats at least a
13 1/2in. x 9 5/8in. x 2 3/4in
( I used the baking pan made by Handi-Foil made of tin thats generally used to make Lasagna in)

CLEAN THAT CHICKEN Y'ALL. Once you have it washed off, cut off the excess fat and grissle. Then on your cutting board, cut it in to apx. 1/4 inch cubes. Add some Olive Oil to the Skillet, let it heat up, and then add your cubed Chicken to start cookin. As you're cooking your Chicken, season it with all the Seasonings mentioned above til its cooked thoroughly. Remove the Chicken from the pan and set aside. In your pan, add a little more Olive Oil, the minced Shallot, minced Garlic, and let it sautee. Once you've sauteed your Shallot & Garlic, add the Almond Flour. Stir til it gets like a paste, then add the White Wine and let it cook for apx. 2-3 minutes. Then add the cubed Cream Cheese. Stir thoroughly until the Cream Cheese has fully melted. Then add the Chicken Broth and the Heavy Cream. Once that comes to a boil, add 2 Cups Shredded Parmesean Cheese. You'll see it start to thicken. If it gets too thick, add a little bit of the Chicken Broth to loosen it up.
In the sauce you've created, add Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Italian Seasoning. Stir it. Once the sauce has thickened, add the Chicken, cooked Broccoli and Sauce to a large mixing bowl, mix it well, and set aside.
Grease the Baking Pan, then add some of the mixture. Use the Cheeses mentioned above. Then add another layer of the mixture and then top it off the the Cheeses mentioned above. Sprinkle a little bit of Pepper and Italian Seasoning on top, then add it to a pre-heated 350° oven. Let it bake for apx. 15-20 minutes or until you see the Cheese on top melting with a touch of brown on top. 😊
***Note*** This sauce may be a tad loose in comparison to the typical white sauce/alfredo sauce you'd typically make due to the fact you're using Almond Flour in place of All Purpose Flour.
