1 box vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients on box)

2 cups diced apples

2 tbsp butter

Steps:

Prepare cake batter and fill cupcake liners halfway.

Pinch of salt

1 cup milk

Perfect for a cozy morning! Soft, lemony, sweet, and loaded with juicy blueberries.

Ingredients:

1 loaf brioche or thick bread, cubed

1 ½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries

5 large eggs

1 ½ cups milk

½ cup heavy cream

⅓ cup sugar

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp lemon juice

Steps:

Grease a baking dish and add the bread + blueberries.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla, and lemon juice.

Pour over the bread. Press gently to soak.

Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes (or overnight).

Bake at 350°F for 40–45 min until golden.

Dust with powdered sugar and add extra blueberries on top.

Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes (leftover works great!)
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Instructions: 1️⃣ In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, crumbled bacon, chopped chives, cheddar cheese, flour, and the beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 2️⃣ Form the potato mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches wide. 3️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 4️⃣ Fry the potato cakes in batches, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. 5️⃣ Remove the cakes from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

100g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped into small pieces
50g (1 cup) crushed Doritos chips (any flavor you like)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix cream cheese and chopped bacon until well combined and creamy.
3️⃣ Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
