There has been some discussion about these plates. It is a market test to see what retailers think. It’s common for companies (Fiesta included) to show a sample of a product during the market to see what the reaction is before putting the item into production or not. BTW there is one more color theme for this plate. I didn’t get a photo of it. I believe it’s blue, turquoise, lapis and sky maybe.
