Some can’t help but wonder, is an antique portrait a person’s spirit waiting to be remembered?

Imagine someone sitting for an oil portrait 150 years ago, dressed in their finest clothing, intending the painting to remain in their family for generations. Eventually their name is lost, their descendants disappear from the picture, and the portrait ends up in our antique shop.

Then, a customer who wandered in, falls in love with the painting and gives that person a place of honor in a new home.
