Painted Crochet All commissioned orders require a non-refundable 50% of order total up front for commission to be able to begin.

Refund Policy:

Upon receipt and processing of damaged item (in transit to customer damage only), the refunds and returns are as follow:

Commissioned Pieces:
The second 50% will be refunded upon the item being returned. Pre-made Pieces:
A full refund will be provided ONLY if the item is received by Painted Crochet. Please contact [email protected] to start the refund process.
