Freezing milk works, and indefinitely for an occasional milk drinker. Helps to keep it from going bad before going gone. Defrost, then give it a quick stir to blend.
(One of many uses for one of my favorite products thanks to my sister's generosity.)

I love my silicone ½ cup cube trays, and just have to try these no bake Cappuccino Cheesecakes and see if it works as well. Square should just taste just as good as round, right? I would think...
