I have watched people for a long time and learned that if their personal situation changes such as the power failing a natural disaster happens that these individuals are helpless. I find that amazing as being from the mountains of Southern Appalachia, we learned early on basic life skills that are becoming lost. I was at a county fair and watched many struggle with the mere lighting of a camp fire and watched a group struggle to feed themselves as the electrical system failed
