Well… frost finally came for the garden last night. 🥹🌸
So this may be our last weekend of the season at Ever Joy Flowers, and I have a lot more feelings about that than I ever thought I would.
I’ve met so many wonderful people because of these flowers. I’ve made bouquets for birthdays, celebrations, anniversaries, weddings, new babies, goodbyes, surprises, “just because” moments, and some moments where flowers were needed for a little bit of comfort and healing. I’ve had kids running up their driveways with dirt-covered fists full of flowers from my garden that they had just excitedly picked for their Moms. I’ve gotten to add a tiny bit of beauty to people’s lives in ways I never expected, and that has meant so much to me.
And somehow, in the process, this little garden became something that brought so much joy into my own life, too.
I’m so incredibly grateful for every person who stopped at the stand, bought a bouquet, shared a post, told a friend, followed along, or simply encouraged me this year. You made my first season something I’ll always remember. 🤍
So before the frost takes the rest, we’ll be out there Friday & Saturday, 9am-dusk, with whatever the garden still has left to give. Dahlias, sunflowers, seasonal bouquets and all the little last bits of this first-year garden.
Maybe it’s the last weekend. Maybe the garden blesses me again. 🌿
Either way, thank you for making Ever Joy Flowers so much more than I ever imagined it could be. 😌
Ever joyous years to come🤍
With love and gratitude,
Kayla🤍🌸
